Job summary

Michael Page HR is partnering with a values-led renewable energy business to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle and provide expert ER guidance. The role involves coaching managers, driving HR process improvements and enhancing the employee experience.

You will report to the Head of People and help foster a positive, high-performing culture. Hybrid working is available with 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Advisor or HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee relations advice to managers and employees.
• Support investigations, hearings and ER processes.
• Coach managers on disciplinary, absence and performance matters.
• Coordinate people meetings and track actions with practical solutions.
• Support recruitment activity, onboarding and offboarding improvements.
• Support HR operations: payroll data, reports, and system improvements.
• Contribute to learning, development and employee engagement initiatives.
