Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance to an assigned client group within the UK & Ireland Business Advisory Centre.
• Support organisational change initiatives and ensure consistent application of global HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to maintain high service standards and drive improvement.
• Guide managers and employees on general HR matters including employee relations, leadership, and performance optimisation, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and policies.
• Support compensation processes to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals and conflict resolution.
