The postholder will support the Head of Housing and Communities in the effective management, development and strategic direction of the Housing, Housing Asset and Welfare Rights Services to deliver a cost-efficient, financially viable and high-quality service aligned to the Community Plan and Best Value.

The role is permanent and full-time, based at Holmquarry House, Kilmarnock, with standard office hours.

• Ensure the delivery of a cost-efficient, financially viable and high-quality service aligned to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.
