Job summary

Medinet Group, a dynamic healthcare organisation delivering clinical services across the UK, is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join the Senior Management Team. You will coordinate the implementation of new contracts, working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience running project meetings and driving outcomes.
• Mobilising new contracts across the business with internal teams.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology is desirable.
• Ability to align activities with KPI objectives and deliver results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding NHS structures, processes and regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope with the Senior Management Team.
• Create a detailed work plan identifying activities and timelines.
• Determine required resources (time, money, equipment) for implementation.
• Develop an implementation schedule and allocate resources accordingly.
• Review the schedule with senior management and adjust as needed.
• Execute the project per the plan and maintain documentation.
