Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Medical Equipment Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end installation programmes across NHS sites. This senior, client-facing role coordinates internal teams, clinical stakeholders and external contractors to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of high-value equipment projects.

• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence working directly with NHS clients and clinical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Practical, organised and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to build relationships across technical, clinical and commercial teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end implementation programme across multiple NHS sites.
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, resource plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinating internal teams, customers, building contractors, Estates departments and clinical stakeholders.
• Managing project risks, changes, resources and deadlines.
• Monitoring progress and taking action to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Producing clear and accurate project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing regular updates and maintaining effective communication throughout each project.
• Attending NHS client meetings and acting as a key point of escalation for implementation issues.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring projects are delivered to the required outcome.
