Job summary

Claranet is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Facilities Manager to lead the UK workplace safety, facilities management and property strategy. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to keep offices and Data Centres safe, compliant, sustainable and supportive for our people across a multi-site UK estate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading health and safety and facilities functions.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and governance.
• Experience developing policies, standards and management systems.
• Experience managing contractors, facilities suppliers and workplace projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety strategy, policies and management systems.
• Provide expert health and safety advice to senior leaders.
• Oversee workplace safety, facilities and service delivery across multi-site UK estate.
• Ensure compliance programmes, inspections and audits are in place.
• Monitor contractor performance and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Report governance, risk and compliance to senior stakeholders.
