Job summary

Claranet UK is seeking an experienced Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to lead workplace safety, facilities management and property strategy across the UK. You will ensure legal compliance, safe workplaces and proactive wellbeing initiatives while aligning with business needs.

In this role you will develop and implement safety policies, manage risk, oversee maintenance and supplier relationships, and report on compliance and opportunities for improvement within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent.
• IWFM qualification or MBIFM membership.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver health and safety strategy, policies and compliance framework.
• Lead risk management activities including audits, investigations and reporting.
• Manage occupational health, wellbeing and safety across office, home and hybrid environments.
• Oversee facilities management across the UK portfolio including maintenance and supplier management.
• Provide clear reporting on compliance, risks, incidents and improvement opportunities.
