Job summary

Claranet is seeking a Facilities and Health and Safety Manager to lead UK health and safety strategy, policy governance and facilities management. The role ensures safe, compliant workplaces across locations, including data centres, with strong governance, incident investigations and risk controls.

You will partner with HR, Legal and procurement to implement compliance, training and improvement programs, supporting a proactive safety culture and business resilience.

Qualifications

• Lead UK health and safety adviser for workplace safety and compliance.
• Develop and deliver the UK safety strategy, plan and objectives.
• Review and maintain health and safety policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and health and safety across UK sites including Data Centres.
• Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations and governance.
• Coordinate with HR, legal and facilities teams on risk controls and training.
• Manage budgets for facilities and H&S while driving efficiency.
