Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Head of People Advisory and Employee Relations (12‑month FTC) to lead the ER function and shape the group’s policies in line with UK employment law and financial regulations. Reporting to the Director of People Solutions, you will set the gold standard for supporting our people while balancing commercial needs.

You will lead a proactive People Advisory team, manage complex ER matters, and partner with legal, compliance and risk teams to ensure governance and robust

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulation (FCA/PRA/SMCR).
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and frameworks in banking context.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER and People Advisory teams, aligning with commercial needs and inclusion.
• Handle high-risk ER cases, tribunal prep, and external negotiations.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and influence at executive/board level.
• Develop and apply people policies and procedures in a regulated environment.
