Job summary

Government Internal Audit Agency (GIAA) is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight over a portfolio of audits from planning through reporting. You will supervise engagement teams, allocate resources, and shape the audit strategy in collaboration with Group Chief Internal Auditors.

You will drive professional development, maintain quality assurance, and manage relationships with senior client management and audit committees, including ARAC papers.

Qualifications

• Leads and delivers a high-quality audit programme.
• Manages engagement supervision and people management.
• Shapes and drives audit strategy and plans with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of audit delivery from planning to reporting.
• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple regions.
• Support ARAC and audit committees with reporting on governance and risk.
• Champion continuous improvement and quality assurance in the function.
• Act as Head of Internal Audit (HIA) where opportunities arise.
