Job summary

Government Internal Audit Agency (GIAA) is seeking a Corporate Governance and Transparency Manager to lead, develop, and continuously improve the Agency's governance, transparency, and information governance functions. You will work with senior colleagues to ensure high-quality governance delivery, lead on propriety, ethics, and external reporting, and oversee correspondence and committee support.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in governance.
• Experience delivering governance policies and frameworks.
• Ability to advise Directors and senior committees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality corporate governance aligned with best practice across the Agency.
• Promote compliance with governance policies and ethical standards.
• Oversee transparency and information governance requirements, including publication schemes.
• Lead development of correspondence management policies and procedures in line with UK GDPR and FOIA.
