Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a fundraising strategy and delivering annual targets.
• Strong data-driven decision making and market intelligence.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives, trustees and partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead the fundraising strategy and five-year plan with the CEO and SMT.
• Manage the fundraising team to meet annual targets and drive performance.
• Identify and develop new income streams across all fundraising channels.
• Lead corporate fundraising, partnerships and major gifts initiatives.
• Promote fundraising innovation and data-led planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing to raise profile and supporter engagement.
