The role focuses on securing new income streams, advocates and supporters, and leading the fundraising team to achieve ambitious targets.

You will drive multi-channel fundraising including corporate partnerships, individual giving, events, digital & crowdfunding, grants & trusts, and major gifts,

Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising in a UK charity.
• Proven ability to secure corporate partnerships and major gifts.
• Ability to design and deliver a five-year fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising strategy and delivery with the CEO and SMT.
• Manage the fundraising team to meet and ideally exceed annual targets.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth across all fundraising streams.
• Develop and grow corporate fundraising and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to raise the charity's profile.

A fantastic Charity that is focused on supporting those less fortunate & in changing their lives for the better.As the Head of Fundraising you will be previously experienced in carrying out a Senior Fundraising Management / Fundraising Directorship role within a UK Charity / NFP (3rd sector) organisation.As the Head of Fundraising you will be particularly strong in identifying & securing Corporate Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships as well as increasing other revenue from Individual Giving, Events Fundraising, Digital & Crowdfunding, Grants & Trusts, Major Gifting & Legacies.If you are a Head of Fundraising that wants to be really hands on & lead from the front then this is the role for you.Duties:\\* Passionately & professionally leading the highly successful development, implementation & delivery of the Charities Fundraising Strategy (5 year strategic plan & onwards) working closely with the CEO & SMT.\\* Managing the fundraising departments performance levels, ensuring the delivery of agreed annual fundraising targets (ideally exceeding).\\* Strategically pinpointing opportunities for revenue growth.\\* Maximising income revenue streams, plus developing new & diverse sources of income across all streams of activity.
