St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust (STOC CAT) seeks a Head of Facilities & Estates to manage estates across all academies, delivering professional service as the Trust grows.

This role ensures safe, clean, accessible and welcoming buildings, working with leadership to support the Trust’s educational objectives and safeguarding commitments while motivating a remote staff team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Significant facilities management experience across multiple sites.
• Experience in managing remote staff with this skill set.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-developed ICT skills across relevant systems.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure with deadlines.
• Flexible approach to working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and estates across all academy sites within the Trust.
• Ensure buildings are clean, safe, secure, accessible and welcoming.
• Lead and motivate staff, promoting teamwork and high service standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to support safeguarding and educational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of facilities management practices.
