St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust (STOC) seeks a Head of Facilities & Estates to manage estates across its growing network of academies from STOCCAT Head Office. The role focuses on safe, accessible and welcoming environments that support outstanding learning and mission delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities management experience across a multi-site organisation.
• Ability to manage staff remotely with related skill set.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and estates across all academy sites within the Trust.
• Ensure buildings are clean, safe, accessible, secure and welcoming, supporting learning environments.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop staff, promoting teamwork and high standards in facilities operations.
