Job summary

OAK Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Head of Estates to join the central senior leadership team and own the Trust's estates strategy across five schools. You will shape priorities, set budgets and have real authority to decide what needs doing, with deputies and on-site teams supporting you.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, visible across campuses, working with headteachers, premises teams and trustees.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a multi-site estates or facilities team.
• Experience in strategic estates planning and budget management.
• Strong health and safety and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and trustees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estates strategy for five schools within the MAT.
• Assess condition, risk and need and prioritise investment.
• Direct funding and oversee delivery of improvement projects.
• Work with premises teams, headteachers and central teams.
• Present recommendations to trustees and continue professional development.
