Chulmleigh Community College seeks an experienced Head of Estates and Compliance to join the Executive Leadership Team. The postholder will oversee Facilities Management, Site Maintenance, Catering, Health and Safety and Project Management across the Trust’s schools, developing Estates and Facilities services in line with legal requirements.

The successfulcandidate will be proactive, practical and an enthusiastic team player able to adaptto the changing needs of the Trust and keen to deliver excellent managementservices contributing to our continued success. The Trust is currentlyproviding a traded offer of Estates and Facilities Management to a neighbouringschool, and this is an element of our Trust work that we would like to developfurther.
We are pleased to offer this permanent, full-time role of 37 hours per week all year round. The role wouldbe perfect for someone who has experience in premises or project management andlooking to further develop their career in an educational setting.
