National Skills Agency Ltd in Staffordshire is seeking a Head of Curriculum, Education & Quality to lead educational strategy, curriculum development and safeguarding across our programmes.

You will collaborate with Directors and teams to shape content, QA processes and digital learning, ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate learning for schools, employers and learners across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher or experienced education professional with at least five years' relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the UK education system, particularly secondary education.
• Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development or quality assurance.
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confident contributing to senior-level discussions and influencing decisions across a business.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic educational advice to Directors and Senior Management.
• Monitor developments in UK education, curriculum priorities and careers guidance.
• Ensure programmes reflect educational frameworks and best practice.
• Build relationships with schools, employers and educational stakeholders and represent the organisation at events.
