Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking a Head of Quality to lead curriculum quality, development and continuous improvement. You will design and own curriculum content to meet learner and organisational requirements, and provide strategic oversight of curriculum development.

You will lead and develop a team of Internal Quality Assurers, manage performance, and collaborate with curriculum colleagues to sustain high standards and drive educational practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in curriculum writing, development and ownership.
• Proven leadership of quality teams and IQAs.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance in education or training.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of curriculum quality, development and continuous improvement.
• Lead design, writing and development of curriculum content to meet learner and organisational needs.
• Provide strategic oversight of curriculum development and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs).
• Provide direction, support and performance management to IQA team.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
