Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Head of Quality or senior quality leadership role.
• Extensive curriculum writing, development and ownership experience.
• Proven ability to take strategic ownership of curriculum rather than just delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of curriculum quality, development and continuous improvement.
• Lead design, writing and development of curriculum content to meet requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of curriculum development and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of IQAs and provide direction and performance management.
• Ensure IQAs have guidance, structure and accountability for high-quality work.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with curriculum and quality colleagues to maintain standards.
• Challenge and support teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Influence quality decisions and educational practice through curriculum expertise.
