Job summary

The Boeing Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager for Fixed Wing Strategic Growth to drive new bids and strategic growth, oversee the full lifecycle from proposal development to execution, and lead cross-functional, cross-cultural teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage governance through IBAP/ESGP, coordinate CSR and SBC, control costs and schedules, and report performance to leadership while maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
• Proven project management experience in aerospace/defence bids.
• Experience with gated review processes (IBAP/ESGP or equivalents).
• Strong cost, schedule and budgeting (EVM) skills.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and delivery for all FW bids and proposals.
• Manage cross-functional teams through bid strategy and requirements.
• Oversee bid budgets, resources and schedules.
• Chair governance meetings and report performance.
• Serve as primary BDUK contact with suppliers and customers.
