Job summary

Thompson Aero Seating in Banbridge, UK, seeks a Programme Manager to lead high-profile programmes with world-leading airlines, delivering top quality products on time and within budget.

You will assemble and guide an Integrated Project Team from award through delivery, manage customer and OEM relationships, monitor risks, costs and KPIs, and coordinate internal and external meetings, including international travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant project/programme management or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer management, teamwork, negotiations and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Customer and stakeholders.
• Lead Integrated Project Team from award through delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within TAS.
• Ensure Customer and OEM needs are met per Programme Baseline Specification.
• Lead milestone meetings with Customers and OEMs.
• Log and distribute critical information; support schedule decisions.
• Resolve conflicts and manage programme priorities.
• Oversee NRC and RC budgets and payments.
• Respond to issues and risks with escalation when needed.
• Track KPIs and support strategic goals; travel internationally as needed.
