Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team. You will shape strategic priorities, drive growth initiatives, and influence investment and partnership decisions across a global payments business.

You will own initiatives that strengthen market position, identify areas of innovation, and translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leaders and the Board.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• A passion for innovation and a strong interest in payments, financial technology, and emerging products.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate with senior leaders.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
