Worldpay (Uk) Limited seeks a strategic leader to own and advance merchant propositions within Global Payments’ client ecosystem. You will translate market insights into differentiated strategies that drive client value and business performance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the company’s future in payments, fintech, and commerce through rigorous analysis and executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in strategy/consulting within financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience presenting to C-suite leaders and boards
• Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of merchant propositions across key segments
• Lead cross-functional projects with product/commercial implications to deliver measurable outcomes
• Shape Global Payments’ M&A strategy by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities
• Own strategic market assessments and identify trends and client needs
• Develop executive-level materials to influence decisions at senior levels and the Board
