Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Strategy & Development to lead high-stakes M&A and strategic portfolio projects from London. Reporting to the Director, you will own end-to-end deal work, build CEO-ready analyses, and guide junior colleagues, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights.

You will shape the Group’s mid-term strategy, allocate capital, and partner with geographies and internal experts to drive value creation in a fast-growing DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-performance experience from a top-tier Management Consulting firm, Investment Banking, or comparable in-house Strategy/Corporate Development.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capability.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A projects end to end, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
• Drive portfolio optimization and strategic recommendations for key decisions.
• Contribute to the Group’s mid-term strategy by owning analysis and strategic synthesis.
• Develop analytical frameworks and ROI models to support capital allocation.
• Collaborate with geographies and internal experts to shape divisional strategies.
