Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior M&A Analyst to support global mergers and acquisitions strategy within the Corporate Development team. You will contribute across the full deal lifecycle, from evaluating opportunities to transaction execution and handover to the integration team.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, offering exposure to senior leaders across Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, Legal and Corporate Development teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and coordinating across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of acquisitions and strategic transactions across multiple markets from origination through integration.
• Build and maintain financial models, analyse opportunities, prepare investment papers and recommendations.
