You will work with senior leaders and external partners on M&A, joint ventures and adjacent opportunities, building robust business cases and engaging stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, business development or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.
• Experience in strategic research, market and scenario analyses, financial modelling and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategy and business development projects aligned with Alcoa's strategy.
• Identify and evaluate growth, partnership and investment opportunities (M&A, JV, greenfield).
• Contribute across the transaction lifecycle from due diligence to close.
• Develop robust business cases, valuations, scenarios and risk assessments; present to executives.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external partners and government representatives to drive strategic outcomes.
• Provide strategic research and actionable guidance supporting project funding strategies and joint ventures.
