Job summary

Inco Group seeks a Global Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to drive the expansion of our funding pipeline and cultivate high-level donor relationships across global markets. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you will shape multi-market strategies to secure major philanthropic and corporate grants.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can negotiate complex funding deals, align budgets with program goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable impact

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-level fundraising, corporate partnership development, or sales within international organizations.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale funding (6-7 figures) for multi-country projects.
• Strong network with global donors, corporate foundations, and philanthropic ecosystems.

Responsibilities
