S&P Global is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to lead strategic growth priorities and track performance for a ~$14 billion revenue business. You will partner with Finance, enterprise functions and divisional teams to shape long-term growth and strategic initiatives across regions.

In this role you will manage complex projects, influence senior leaders, and drive end-to-end strategy development, market analysis, and corporate development activities, including potential M&A prospecting

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience including financial analysis, M&A modelling and execution, strategy, and senior executive exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects with significant strategic impact.
• Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities, including strong executive-level PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a broad range of strategic priorities to ensure deliverables complete on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy outputs and mentor wider organization.
• Partner with Divisional Strategy leads on advisory projects in strategy development, corporate development, and partnerships.
• Utilize scenario planning and modeling to strengthen the strategy.
• Analyze businesses and opportunities to aid strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models for investment evaluation and business case development.
• Articulate the S&P Global strategy to stakeholders and boards.
• Prepare communications of strategy updates to board and investor community.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory factors affecting strategic plans.
• Source, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities with stakeholders.
