eTech Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a London-based, hybrid role. The position offers up to £150,000 base salary plus bonus and equity/options, reporting to the CEO with exposure to the Board and investors.

The candidate will shape the finance function, build FP&A, forecasting, and provide commercial insight to growth decisions. Experience in VC/PE-backed scale-ups and fundraising is advantageous.

• Act as the CEO's key partner across financial, commercial and strategic matters.
• Own cash flow, capex, working capital and scenario planning.
• Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide commercial insight to support growth and investment decisions.
• Produce Board and investor reporting.
• Build and develop the finance team.
• Improve finance systems, processes and controls.
• Use modern data, AI and automation tools to create a lean, effective finance function.
