Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Growth Director for the Nuclear Sector to lead the strategic growth agenda across the business' nuclear activities. Based at hybrid UK sites, you will shape market propositions, drive major campaigns, and oversee growth pipelines while engaging executive leaders and key customers to secure long-term contracts.

You will work with senior stakeholders, coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain governance for major pursuits, contributing to national security and energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading growth initiatives in a large organisation.
• Track record securing major contracts and partnerships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth campaigns across the Nuclear Sector.
• Drive opportunity identification, qualification and pipeline management for long-term growth.
• Coordinate customer engagement, BD, communications and marketing across stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, government stakeholders and key customers.
