Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Growth Director for the Nuclear Sector to lead the strategic growth agenda across the Nuclear portfolio, driving major campaigns and partnerships at an executive level.

You will shape customer strategies, coordinate cross-functional activities, and unleash opportunities across defence, clean energy and national infrastructure while advancing national security and energy resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading growth campaigns and business development in a large organisation.
• Proven track record of securing major contracts and partnerships.
• Experience engaging senior customers and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth campaigns across the Nuclear Sector.
• Drive opportunity identification, qualification and pipeline management.
• Coordinate customer engagement, business development, communications and marketing across stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, government stakeholders and key customers.
• Provide governance, oversight and leadership for major strategic pursuits and contract opportunities.
