Job summary

Adjusting Appointments Limited is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new business across all loss-adjusting sectors in the UK. You will lead growth, shape strategy, and onboard insurers, brokers, syndicates and corporates while travelling as required.

You will report to a Board Director and have the opportunity to join the board based on success. A generous package includes a basic salary up to £150,000, bonus, car allowance, pension and private medical care along with 25 days

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, ideally within loss adjusting.
• Ambitious with strong ideas and strategies to drive expansion.
• Willingness to travel and manage a UK-wide growth programme.

Responsibilities

• Produce new business across all loss adjusting areas (property, liability, TPA, private clients, construction, engineering).
• Lead initiatives, develop strategy, and onboard new business from insurers, brokers, syndicates, and corporates.
• Report to a Board Director and potentially join the Board depending on success.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
