Qualifications

• Approximately 9–10+ years of relevant experience in legal or professional services with management exposure.
• Strong strategic and commercial awareness with a proactive mindset.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing and business development targeting.
• Demonstrated people management capabilities and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-sector BD strategies with sector leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the sectors M&BD team.
• Drive integrated sector campaigns and market-facing initiatives.
• Oversee sector program operations including meetings and integration efforts.
• Support client engagements by identifying growth opportunities and tailoring strategies.
• Provide guidance on pitches and RFP responses.
• Use data insights to inform sector strategy and ROI.
• Foster cross-sector collaboration and standardised operating models.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and impact.
• Contribute to broader M&BD priorities as directed.
