Job summary

Capital One in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Sales Planning & Strategy within the Global Payments Network. You will deliver strategic and analytical support across international markets, build territory designs, and set sales targets.

Collaborate with Business Development, Product and Data Operations to shape growth initiatives and drive performance. This is a hybrid role with three days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• A passion for solving analytical challenges with data-driven decisions.
• STEM or Economics degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in payments industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strategic influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth plans by identifying and executing opportunities across markets.
• Establish territory designs, sales plans, and analytical feedback to optimize field performance.
• Define annual and quarterly sales goals with measurement frameworks aligned to global objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Operations and leadership.
• Inform infrastructure and tools; advise on data systems and sales workflows.
