Job summary

The Group Property Manager - Occupancy and Utilisation role at NLAG NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for providing a customer-focused Property Management and Projects Management service to support the Group Estate Strategy, including third party occupancy and income generation.

Working with the Group Head of Property, you will plan and coordinate occupancy, lease administration and related projects across NLAG and partner sites, ensuring compliance, timely delivery and value for money.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain understanding of occupancy, utilisation, churn and cost for the portfolio.
• Lead user for MiCad and Terrier Lease module; formalise third party occupancy and maintain lease files.
• Identify third party occupancy and charging regimes; explore income generation opportunities.
• Maintain a credible data set of all property arrangements for daily portfolio management.
• Progress property negotiations, including schedules of condition, lease terms, service charges and related queries.
• Ensure timely completion of property transactions and engagement of external advisers.
