Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Property Manager in Godalming to oversee day-to-day management and the long-term strategy of a diverse residential portfolio. You will ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and financially viable, while delivering a high standard of customer service to leaseholders and clients.

You’ll prepare and communicate budgets, oversee annual maintenance programmes, ensure service charge accounts are delivered accurately, and lead the appointment and retention

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hybrid working arrangement across locations in England and beyond.
• Must hold professional qualification such as TPI or RICS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and long-term strategy of a diverse property portfolio.
• Prepare and communicate budgets; oversee annual maintenance programmes; ensure service charge accounts are delivered accurately.
• Lead appointment and retention of suitable contractors and consultants.
• Conduct regular inspections of residential portfolio, typically every eight weeks or per client arrangements.
