Parkside Recruitment clients seek a strategic, commercially-minded Group IT Manager to lead technology strategy, infrastructure and systems across a growing international organisation.

The role establishes a standalone group IT function, working with senior leadership and a consultancy to design systems, operating models and governance. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, driving efficiency, scalability and value.

Qualifications

• Proven senior IT leadership experience across multiple sites or jurisdictions.
• Experience delivering technology-led business transformation and growth.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to link tech decisions to business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in a growing organisation with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the group-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Advise senior leadership on technology investment and business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, data and automation.
• Manage and develop geographically distributed IT teams.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, reporting and data platforms; ensure scalable cloud infrastructure.
