Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Group Financial Manager to oversee financial management and reporting across multiple sites in the UK. You will partner with operational stakeholders to drive performance, strengthen controls and support strategic decision-making.

Key duties include month-end close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, and coordinating external audits. The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified with 1–5 years PQE and comfortable on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 1-5 years PQE.
• Ideally from a practice background, but open to profiles with group reporting experience.
• On-site work in the office five days a week.
• Proactive, curious, and able to challenge numbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and consolidation processes.
• Review P&L and balance sheet commentary for usefulness.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles annually.
• Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate external audits.
• Build relationships with operational teams through site visits.
• Drive process improvements and governance across finance.
