Job summary

Investigo is partnering with a leading international construction and property group to recruit a Finance Manager in the UK. The role combines financial control, statutory reporting and business partnering across multiple operational sites in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts and audits while supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Leadership and proactive process improvements will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in Finance Manager or Financial Controller roles.
• Strong balance sheet ownership and reconciliations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to improving processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of month-end and quarter-end financial reporting.
• Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and provisions.
• Management of statutory accounts and external audit processes.
• Revenue recognition and cost allocation oversight.
• Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital monitoring.
• Support capital expenditure planning and project spend tracking.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
