Job summary

E.ON IDNO is seeking a Client Account Manager to lead the delivery of grid connection projects, build trusted client relationships, and translate complex regulatory processes into a clear, well‑managed journey for our clients.

You will coordinate internal design, legal, commercial and operational teams, provide proactive updates, manage MPANs and connection agreements, support asset‑value payments, maintain central mailboxes, and contribute to high‑quality connections at pace and scale.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proven project delivery experience in infrastructure sector.
• Experience managing external client accounts and maintaining good working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for project delivery and asset adoption journey.
• Ensure smooth transition following the sales process throughout the asset management journey.
• Provide proactive updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with internal design and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate the processing and issuance of MPANs (Meter Point Administration Numbers).
• Oversee the issuance of connection agreements.
• Support Asset Value payment processes and ensure timely resolution of related queries.
• Take ownership of centralised mailboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Provide ad-hoc support across other business areas as required.
• Update internal systems with project updates.
