Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. seeks a Strategic Governance, Safeguarding & Regulatory Oversight Lead on a project-based contract.

The role reports to the provider/board and focuses on independent governance oversight, safeguarding leadership, and SCCIF-aligned inspection readiness across UK services. Key duties include governance assurance, strategic safeguarding leadership, and evidence-based regulatory engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and regulatory oversight for children’s services.
• Proven ability to provide strategic safeguarding leadership and challenge.
• Enhanced DBS including Children’s Barred List check (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide governance oversight and regulatory assurance for children's residential services.
• Lead safeguarding leadership and evidence-based decision making.
• Ensure inspection-readiness and accountability at provider level.
• Deliver professional challenge to drive continuous improvement.
