Delphi Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Strategic Governance, Safeguarding & Regulatory Oversight Lead (Contract) to provide independent governance oversight, strategic safeguarding leadership, and inspection-readiness assurance across UK services.

Reporting to the Registered Provider/Board, you will drive regulatory compliance under Care Standards Act 2000 and SCCIF, monitor safeguarding trends, challenge provider practice, and ensure child-centred quality of care while maintaining

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS including Children's Barred List check.
• Significant senior leadership experience in children's residential care.
• Deep knowledge of Care Standards Act 2000, Childrens Homes Regulations 2015, and Ofsted SCCIF.
• Ability to evidence governance scrutiny and oversight.
