Job summary

You will partner with global stakeholders to implement new frameworks and governance structures, ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes in service, cost, contract performance and relationships.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supplier management methodologies.
• Development and delivery of supplier management enhancements.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract management.
• Development of governance models to manage supplier relationships.
• Experience in joint value creation with third parties.
• Supply chain risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
• Experience managing complex global supplier relationships.
• Experience using Coupa and ServiceNow (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Employ professional practices to achieve tangible change and demonstrate value, risk, and control impact.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders to roll out Global Procurements Supplier Management Handbook and framework.
• Question the business to push boundaries of current supplier management thinking.
• Improve visibility and oversight of key suppliers.
• Use data to drive control and management of strategic suppliers.
• Support development of mid-to-long term SLAs for service improvement.
