Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Global Markets Business Manager to drive the strategic change agenda across Global FX Services. You will coordinate governance, deliver management information, and partner with Sales, Trading, IT, Finance and Risk to influence outcomes and support execution.

The role focuses on delivering scalable, efficient operations and strong leadership communications. You will build business cases, develop operating plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across regions,

Qualifications

End-to-end understanding of Global Markets and FX services.
Experience in strategic project management and transformation.
Proven track record delivering complex programs across regions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the execution of the strategic change agenda across GFS with prioritized, governed delivery.
Develop business strategies, operating models and implementation plans to improve scalability and efficiency.
Establish governance, track milestones, dependencies, risks and ownership across programmes.
Coordinate escalation of issues and respond with senior colleagues on appropriate actions.
Partner with Sales, Trading, IT, Finance, Legal and Risk to influence outcomes and support execution.
Develop high-quality business cases and management materials for senior forums.
