Job summary

You will design operating models, deploy performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost efficiency and service improvement while upholding risk controls.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supplier management methodologies and governance.
• Experience in development and delivery of supplier management enhancements.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract management.
• Ability to develop governance models to manage supplier relationships.
• Experience designing joint value creation with third parties.
• Supply chain risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
• Experience managing complex global supplier relationships and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence senior stakeholders to support procurement handbook rollout.
• Question business needs to push boundaries of current supplier management thinking.
• Drive visibility and oversight of key suppliers with data-driven insights.
• Utilize data to monitor control of strategic suppliers and performance.
• Support development of mid-to-long term SLAs for service improvement.
• Promote best practices and ensure effective supplier governance across regions.
