Job summary

Datatonic in London is seeking a Head of Learning & Development (Global) to shape the skills of our world-class teams and commercialise our training externally. You will design and implement a global capability strategy focused on Google Cloud mastery and AI literacy across engineering and non-technical functions.

You will drive the Datatonic Academy GTM, manage ATP partnerships, and build scalable content while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in L&D within tech consultancy, MSP, or global digital transformation agency.
• Proven track record of running L&D as a business unit with commercialised training products.
• Strong familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud preferred) and AI/Generative AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Internal capability building & certification strategy, aligning with Google Cloud certifications and AI curricula.
• External commercialisation of L&D products and managing the Datatonic Academy GTM.
• Culture, engagement & innovation through hackathons, incentives, and scalable content.
• Early talent programs, apprenticeships, and special projects on roadmap.
