Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company, is seeking a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Senior Governance Counsel, you’ll support a global portfolio of governance, entity and intercompany matters, and navigate cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.

You should bring a strong corporate foundation with regulatory and export-control experience, comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external counsel across

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years of cross-border experience.
• Strong corporate foundation with governance, entity structuring and intercompany work.
• Exposure to cross-border regulatory matters (foreign investment, export controls, sanctions).
• Experience coordinating with multi-jurisdictional external counsel.

Aufgaben

• Support global corporate governance and entity matters across jurisdictions.
• Assist intercompany agreements and cross-border operating arrangements.
• Coordinate cross-border regulatory due diligence and filing coordination.
• Assist with export-control, sanctions and related compliance matters.
• Contribute to public-sector and regulated-market initiatives requiring sovereignty or procurement considerations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and external counsel across jurisdictions.
