Job summary

Cambridge Judge Business School seeks an experienced fundraising professional to lead the giving strategy for a strategic programme within CCI, shaping income growth and donor engagement with global impact. You will manage donor stewardship, reporting, gift operations and insights, line-manage the Gifts & Finance Coordinator, and drive improvements to fundraising systems and processes.

Collaborating across academic and external partners, you will translate priorities into annual fundraising

Qualifications

• Experience of developing and delivering fundraising programmes, including fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, reporting, gift operations and donor insight.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce compelling reports and communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across organisational boundaries.
• Experience of managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the giving strategy for a strategic programme within CCI.
• Oversee donor stewardship, impact reporting, fundraising operations, gift administration and donor insights.
• Line-manage the Gifts & Finance Coordinator and drive improvements to fundraising systems, processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with Cambridge Judge Business School, CUDAR and external partners to grow philanthropic income.
• Translate priorities into annual fundraising plans and ensure sustainable income growth.
