Job summary

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to shape and grow a strategic giving programme with global impact as part of the Cambridge Conservation Initiative (CCI).

You will lead development and delivery of the giving strategy, align plans with organisational goals, and collaborate with colleagues across CCI and related university departments to secure sustainable income and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing and delivering fundraising programmes, including fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, reporting, gift operations and donor insight.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling reports and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience of working effectively across organisational boundaries.
• Experience of managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
• The ability to analyse information, identify opportunities for improvement, exercise sound judgement and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the giving strategy for a special programme within CCI, helping to grow and diversify philanthropic income.
• Translate strategic priorities into annual fundraising plans and identify opportunities to enhance donor engagement.
• Oversee donor stewardship, impact reporting, fundraising operations, gift administration processes, and donor insight activities.
• Line management responsibility for the Gifts & Finance Coordinator and leadership of fundraising system improvements.
